General requirements and guidlines for requesting issuance of passports and other official documents:

- Issuance of a new passport requires you to submit your old passport, and bring   along 6 passport sized photographs.
- If the application is for a first passport, the passports of the parents have to be   submitted along with the application, regarless of nationality.
- Fees for both Ordinary and Temporary passports are € 104
- It was usually takes up to 2 weeks for such paperwork to be processed.

For applications sent by mail, please include a self-addressed envelope and a postal money order with the required amount.
